These classes are separate yet alike. One class will not be a repeat of the other but of course there will be some overlapping. It is recommended that children get sixty minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily. I’m secure in my knowledge of innovative outdoor games but what to do if we’re stuck indoors? Busting moves indoors is not the same as playing with your friends outdoors but I’ve got you covered. Using the exercises I’ve learned we can do cardiovascular workouts and stretching to optimize our time together. We can use streaming videos, apps, and online games in between sets. We will also focus on a healthy body as we learn about our organs and eating healthy foods. My ultimate goal is to have fun together and we might just learn something along the way!
