It is recommended that children get sixty minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily. We've got outdoor games on the asphalt covered but what do we do if we’re stuck indoors? Using the exercises I’ve learned we will do cardiovascular workouts, physical and mental games, and stretching together. We use streaming videos, apps, and online games to play together as well as move our bodies. My ultimate goal is to have fun together, warm up our muscles, and we might just learn something along the way!
