Pat Collins
Between art, homeschooling and the tech world, Pat Collins has been teaching in one way or another for the past 40 years. Pat grew up in California. She taught art and history at the elementary school level for several years. She educated her own children in various ways in California and Massachusetts, including Montessori, Waldorf, private schools, public schools, and homeschooling.
After her children were grown, she worked at Microsoft, where she designed educational materials and programs.
Pat lives in Los Angeles with her daughter, Anna, her son-in-law and three granddaughters.
In addition to teaching classes, Pat uses her technical expertise to support Urban Homeschoolers with our online learning presence and by supporting our administration.
